At Wingent, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and share your personal information when you access or use the Wingent AI Workspace Platform (the "Service").

This policy is formulated in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Network Security Law, the Data Security Law and other laws and regulations. All data processing activities are completed in China and meet China's data compliance requirements.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Personal Information

When you register, log in, or use the Services, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Cell phone number
  • Name of company or organization
  • Position
  • Payment and billing information (processed by third-party payment platforms)

1.2 Usage and equipment information

We automatically collect:

  • IP address, device model, operating system, browser type
  • Page access path, feature usage, session duration
  • Interaction records with AI tools (such as prompt words and execution actions)
  • System logs, error reports, performance data

1.3 User Content

Any content you upload, enter, or process (such as text, documents, code, images, etc.) is considered User Content. We are only used to implement the AI function you requested, and will not be used for other purposes.

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technology

We use Cookies and similar technologies to identify users, maintain login status, and analyze behavior. You can manage or disable through your browser settings, but some features may be affected.

2. How we use your information

We use the information for the following purposes:

  • Provision, operation and maintenance of services
  • Process AI requests and generate output
  • Personalized interface and feature recommendation
  • Send service notifications, billing and technical support
  • Improve AI models and system performance
  • Detection and prevention of fraud, abuse, security incidents
  • Fulfilling legal obligations or responding to legitimate regulatory requests

3. Data security

We take strict security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Transport Encryption (TLS)
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Regular security audits, penetration testing and emergency response mechanisms
  • Data classification and hierarchical management and access logging

Although we have taken reasonable steps, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the system, and you use it at your own risk.

4. Data sharing and disclosure

We will not sell, rent or share your personal information or user content for marketing purposes. Sharing is possible only if:

  • Cooperate with trusted service providers (such as cloud service providers, customer service, payment platforms), which must comply with confidentiality obligations
  • At the request of government agencies and judicial bodies in accordance with the law;
  • To enforce this Agreement, prevent fraud, or protect the security of users
  • in the case of a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, where the recipient undertakes to provide the same protection

AI model training instructions:
Your raw user content will not be used to train public or third-party AI models unless you explicitly choose to participate. We only use data to optimize system performance on a de-identified and aggregated basis.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the service, or for as long as required by law. You can delete your account at any time, and we will securely erase your personal data and user content within 30 days of cancellation (except for those that are required to be retained by law).

6. Your Rights

According to Chinese laws and regulations, you have the following rights:

  • Right to know: Know what we do with your information
  • Decision-making: deciding whether to provide information and whether to agree to processing
  • Access and reproduction rights: access and obtain copies of your personal information
  • Right to correct and supplement: correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to delete: request deletion of personal information when eligible
  • The right to withdraw consent: the act of withdrawing a consent disposition

You may exercise these rights by privacy@wingent.cn and we will respond within 15 business days.

7. Children's privacy

This service is not for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such cases are found, they will be deleted immediately.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy. Major changes will be notified in advance by mail, in-station notice or official website announcement. Continued use of the service is deemed acceptance of the update.
